Police believe a serial rapist may be on the loose in the city. Here is a list of crimes police say may be attributed to the attacker:
April 26, 2007: 25-year-old woman raped on Highland Avenue at 12:30 a.m. Nov. 17, 2007: 16-year-old girl raped on Beechwood Drive at 10:10 p.m. Jan. 27, 2008: 20-year-old woman raped on Elruth Court at 2 a.m. June 8, 2008: Act of public indecency witnessed on Elruth Court at 5:53 p.m. Aug. 31, 2008: Act of public indecency witnessed on Elruth Court at 4:51 p.m. Sept. 27, 2008: 36-year-old woman raped on Elruth Court at 8 p.m.

there is no one, around. the girard police couldn't fine any one. even if they was infront of them.
