YOUNGSTOWN — At Lien Forward Ohio, work gloves are a symbol, representing both Youngstown’s blue-collar past and present efforts to rebuild and revitalize the community.
Lien Forward Ohio Community Foundation has begun a fund raiser by selling work gloves. These aren’t just any gloves; the foundation is now a vendor of Youngstown Glove Co. products, a California-based company that took the city’s name out of respect for its manufacturing history and work ethic.
"We were inspired by Youngstown, Ohio," said sales director Max Hackett. "We wanted a name that to us represents hard work, toughness, America and Midwestern values."
"None of us have ties to Youngstown...we did a lot of research on your town and we were very impressed," Hackett said.

I wonder if they watched the A&E City Confidential as part of their research.
Awesome
makes me proud to be a import.
Lien Foward Ohio? Does that mean the state of Ohio should be the originator of more liens on debtors property? Or, should Ohio citizens be expecting more liens with the current economical situaton?
What does the fundraiser have to do with liens?
