MINERAL RIDGE — Ruth McMonagle, president and owner of Resource Management Associates in Mineral Ridge, received the 2008 Linda Pope Award for her commitment to the Ohio Child Welfare Training Program. She presents workshops on time and resource management, stress management, personal effectiveness and supervisory skills.

YOUNGSTOWN — Neal L. Gray, manager of the Sandusky Mall, won the 2007 Property Manager of the Year award presented by the Youngstown-based Cafaro Co. Gray also won the award last year.

NILES — Christopher Lamonge, a Farmers Insurance agent in Niles, has been inducted into the “Topper Club” of Farmers’ top sales producers. Lamonge has been recognized by Farmers for outstanding sales achievements in 2007.
