Youngstown’s Borts Pool reopens Monday

YOUNGSTOWN — Borts Pool on the city’s West Side will reopen at 1 p.m. Monday now that a broken back flow pump has been replaced. The pool will remain open from 1 to 8 p.m. seven days a week through the summer.
