Volunteers needed for Beaver Township park cleanup

NORTH LIMA — Beaver Township park officials are looking for a few helping hands this summer. Volunteer group Friends of the Parks seeks residents to join in cleaning up the township’s parks, which include Woodworth and Memorial parks and the Beaver Township Nature Preserve.

Friends of the Parks helps prepare the grounds for events such as Music in the Parks Summer Concert Series and the craft show and annual community corn roast. For information, call (330) 549-9552.
