X YOUNGSTOWN — Monsignor Peter Polando officiated when Heather Petko and Daniel Brammer exchanged nuptial vows at 2 p.m. May 10 at St. Matthias Church.

The daughter of William and Janine Petko, all of 485 Oakridge Drive, and the son of Mark Sr. and Katherine Brammer, 9850 Detwiler Road, Canfield, received congratulations at a reception at St. Mary’s Assumption Social Center.

After a honeymoon in Jamaica, the couple live in Beloit.

The bride’s satin A-line gown featured an embroidered bodice, train, and cap sleeves with a floral motif.

Wearing pool-blue dresses were the maid of honor, Tiffany Marcu, and the bridesmaids, Shannon Backner; Brittany Petko, the bride’s sister; and Jennifer Lendi.

Serving as best man for his brother was Mark Brammer Jr., and groomsmen were William Brammer, also a brother of the groom; David Denton; and Brian Denton.

Mrs. Brammer, a Youngstown State University graduate with a degree in medical technology, is employed as a registered medical technologist at Mercy Medical Center in Canton.

Mr. Brammer, also a YSU graduate, earned a degree in nursing. He is employed as a registered nurse/PHS officer at Elkton Federal Prison in Elkton.
