DANCERS

Cavalier Girls Dance Team at Quicken Loans Arena, 1 Center Court, Cleveland. Auditions will be Saturday and are open to all dancers, cheerleaders or anyone who loves to perform. Must be 21 by Nov. 1. All team members must be a full-time student or have a part-time job. Cavaliers pre-audition workshops at Lakeshore Dance and Gymnastics are recommended (2-hour session is $20). MUSICIANS

Cleveland Philharmonic Orchestra. Auditions are ongoing for section strings: violin, viola, cello and bass are being held for the 2007-08 season. Rehearsals are 7:30-10 Thursday at the Tri-C’s Metropolitan Campus Auditorium in downtown Cleveland. Audition requirements are one solo piece and one orchestral excerpt of your choice.
