Family dinner is celebration for Gray 50th

X AUSTINTOWN — The 50th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Gray, 4721 Kirk Road, was celebrated May 17 during a family dinner at the Fifth Season Restaurant.

Invitations for the event were extended by the couple’s family, Kimberly Gray of Austintown and Wesley and Caroline Gray of Hudson, and grandchildren, Wesley and Victoria Gray.

Mr. Gray and the former Roberta Rice were united in marriage May 17, 1958, at Zion Lutheran Church, Youngstown, where they are members.

Prior to retiring in 1987, Mrs. Gray was a secretary at the Cornersburg office of Mahoning National Bank.

Mr. Gray, a Korean War veteran, retired in 1989 from Ohio Bell/AT&T. He is a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association.

The anniversary will also be observed by the couple during a trip to the New England states in the fall.
