Bennie Lewis Jr., 50, Palmer Avenue, Campbell, breaking and entering, possessing criminal tools.

Twana Johnson, 34, Eastern Avenue, Campbell, failure to comply with the order or signal of police officer.

Marquese Floyd, 24, Atkinson Avenue, Youngstown, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.
