Ronald Gilmore of New Castle, Pa., is serving a term in a Pennsylvania state prison for conspiracy to commit murder. Stories in the June 12 and 13 editions of The Vindicator incorrectly indicated Gilmore was in prison for shooting Carmen Oliva, also of New Castle, in 2005. While Gilmore was originally charged with criminal homicide, court records show he was not convicted of it.
