ROAD CLOSINGS

The Greater Youngstown Area Soap Box Derby is Saturday. In preparation, some roads will be closed beginning Friday.

Fifth Avenue between Grant and Wood streets will be closed 5 p.m. Friday until 8 p.m. Saturday.

If the derby, scheduled for Saturday, is rained out, Fifth will be closed Sunday for an undetermined time period. If that rainout occurs, traffic will be permitted to cross Fifth at Lincoln Avenue during evening hours.
