A letter voicing concern about the future of the historic Stambaugh Building was drafted by 17 members of Youngstown’s professional community. The letter was sent to Mayor Jay Williams on Tuesday afternoon and signed by:

Donna DeBlasio, director of Youngstown State University’s Center for Historical Preservation.

John DeFrance, of Olsavsky-Jaminet Architects.

Holly Burnett-Hanley, research associate for Youngstown State University’s Center for Urban and Regional Studies.

Paul Hagman, president of Sweet Jenny Land Company.

H. William Lawson, executive director of the Mahoning Valley Historical Society.
