Dialogue Project art exhibit returns to Valley

Published: Wed, June 11, 2008 @ 12:00 a.m.

WARREN — The Fine Arts Council of Trumbull County welcomes back The Dialogue Project art exhibit that will be on display this Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

The Dialogue Project is the work of San Francisco artist Michael Garibaldi Frick, who has toured all over the country with his public art project.

Throughout history, insightful and inspiring quotes have been recorded and Frick’s project captures those quotations. Free-standing screens display thousands of quotes from people over the years.

Frick’s project has grown and now includes an award-winning documentary focusing on his experiences while on tour. Frick’s main goal is to bring art out of museums and bring it into the public eye.

The Dialogue Project can be seen Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Courthouse Park in downtown Warren and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Fellows Riverside Gardens in Mill Creek Park in Youngstown.
