“30 Days” (10 p.m., FX): The fascinating documentary series “30 Days” continues with an installment that has former NFL cornerback Ray Crockett experiencing life in a wheelchair for a month. Crockett was a teammate of Mike Utley, who on a fateful play during the 1991 season, became paralyzed from the chest down.

“The Alaska Experiment: Back From the Wild” (10 p.m., Discovery Channel): “Survivorman” Les Stroud hosts an hourlong look back at the adventure series that sent four teams into the Alaskan Wilderness for nearly three months with only basic survival gear. They had to hunt, fish, and understand that on the island, fire means life.
