X LB Circle, Past Matrons of Miriam Chapter 278, OES, will meet at noon at Denny’s in Boardman. Hostesses will be Betty Young and Naomi Garver.

TUESDAY

X A stated meeting is scheduled by Miriam Chapter 278, OES, at 7:30 p.m. at the Youngstown Masonic Complex on Wick Avenue. Election of officers will take place, and annual reports presented. Presiding will be Laurie Hernandez, worthy matron, and Russell Gillam Jr., worthy patron. Refreshments will be provided by Clotilda Club.

THURSDAY

X 32nd Club will meet at noon at the home of Mrs. John Vargo in North Jackson for a casserole picnic. Members are asked to take a covered dish. Hostesses are Mrs. James Parker IV and Mrs. Vargo.

X Western Star Lodge 21, F AM, will meet at 7:30 p.m. at the lodge, 8387 Tod Ave., Boardman. X William Farr Lodge will meet at 7:30 p.m. at the Girard Masonic Temple, 34 S. State St.

SATURDAY

X Western Star Lodge 21, F&AM, 8387 Tod Ave., Boardman, will have a Flag Day program. A supper will be at 6 p.m.; cost is $6. The program on the various U.S. flags throughout history will follow at 7. Dress is casual.

UPCOMING

X Ruth Shrine 64 of Poland will serve strip steak dinners from noon to 3:30 on Father’s Day, June 15, at the Poland Temple. The dinner is open to the public, but reservations are necessary. The cost is $11 for adults, $5 for children 6 to 12 and free for those under 6.
