RTI reorganizes operations

PITTSBURGH — RTI International Metals reorganized its operations by splitting apart its fabrication and distribution group.

RMI Titanium Co., which has a plant and offices in Weathersfield, is not affected by the change.

RTI said this morning that the change will help the fabrication and distributions continue to grow and will provide investors more detailed information on the operation of each. RTI, which operates in North America, Europe and Asia, has four fabrication plants and nine distribution plants.
