The Raminator was one of several Monster Truck Thunder Drags featured at the second annual Truck Jeep Fest on Saturday and Sunday at the Canfield Fairgrounds. Some comparisons between the two vehicles:
Fuel capacity: 22 gallons of methanol for the Raminator; around 13.5 gallons of gasoline for the Focus.
Costs to fill up: Roughly $115; about $52.
Mileage: Five seconds of racing uses five to seven gallons; 35 mpg highway.
Approximate cost of a 1,000-mile trip: $26,250; $111.
