Ohio foreclosure activity in the second quarter (April-June):
37,689 new foreclosure-related filings, or 1 for every 134 households.
Filings up 20.6 percent from the first quarter, up 26.9 percent from a year earlier.
U.S. foreclosure activity in the second quarter (April-June):
739,714 new foreclosure-related filings, or 1 for every 171 households.
Filings up 13.8 percent from the first quarter, up 121.7 percent from a year earlier.
