Salvation Army to distribute school supplies

YOUNGSTOWN — The Salvation Army, 1501 Glenwood Ave., will be distributing school supplies on Aug. 23, from 11 a.m, to 1 p.m. on a first come, first served basis.

Children must be accompanied by an adult in order to receive the free supplies, to include backpacks, school necessities and uniforms.

Recipients will be given their supplies at the end of the two hour event filled with fun, food and fellowship.
