Wedding date set by Cynthia Blair and Larry Foley

X YOUNGSTOWN — Barbara and Dale Sullivan, 234 Upland Ave., are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Cynthia Katherine Blair, and Larry M. Foley, both of Highland Avenue, Monticello, Wis.

Miss Blair, also a daughter of Roy Blair and Susi Nehls of Monticello, graduated with a degree in computer-aided design from ITT Technical Institute and is a CAD technician with Ramaker and Associates in Sauk City, Wis.

The future groom is a son of Sandra and Dennis Foley of Keosha, Wis. He received a certificate in automotive technology from Blackhawk Technical College in Janesville, Wis., and is a mechanic with Symdon Chevrolet Pontiac in Evansville, Wis.

Zwingli United Church of Christ in Monticello will be the setting at 2:45 p.m. Nov. 1 for the open wedding planned by the couple. Invitations will be extended for their evening reception at Monticello House, also in Monticello.
