Police seek help locating murder suspect

YOUNGSTOWN — Anyone with information about the whereabouts of 25-year-old Jason Delgado is asked to call Crimestoppers at (330) 746-CLUE. Delgado is wanted on warrants charging him with murder and three counts of felonious assault. Ricardo P. Moctezuma, 25, of Burlington Avenue was shot to death around 1:50 a.m. Saturday outside the El Tropical bar on Poland Avenue after an argument inside the business, police said. Capt. Kenneth Centorame, chief of detectives, said detectives are also searching for a person of interest in the homicide.
