Columbiana man charged with assault

YOUNGSTOWN — James Radman, 22, of Columbiana was arrested and charged with two counts of felonious assault at 1:58 a.m. Sunday.

According to reports, Radman ran a 1999 Dodge Intrepid into two male victims at The Cell nightclub on Belmont Avenue. The vehicle, which belonged to Radman’s cousin, was towed. Reports said Radman took the vehicle to buy cigarettes for his cousin. Witnesses say the victims ran into the rear of the vehicle and walked away. Radman then accelerated and ran the vehicle into the victims, police said. Radman was taken to the Mahoning County jail, and the victims drove themselves to the hospital.
