“Wanna Bet?”(9 p.m., ABC): This reality series has celebrities wagering on the outcomes of wild stunts performed by ordinary folk. Among the goofy antics: A contestant tries to do the hula-hoop with a 50-pound tire. Another attempts to solve the Rubik’s Cube while blindfolded — under water. Money won by the celebs goes to charity.

“Heidi Fleiss: The Would-Be Madam of Crystal” (9 p.m., HBO): This offbeat documentary follows the former “Hollywood Madam” as she attempts to open a brothel in Crystal, Nev., staffed by men who would cater to a female clientele.

“Date My Ex: Jo & Slade” (10 p.m., Bravo): Jo De La Rosa spins off from “The Real Desperate Housewives” to her own dating competition.
