PUBLIC HEARING
July 28 in Youngstown
Dominion East Ohio Gas Co. has proposed adjusting its rates by charging flat fees for all customers, regardless of usage. If the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio approves the request, the average residential gas bill will increase by about 4 percent (about $4.50).
To provide an opportunity for customers to express their opinions about the proposal, PUCO has scheduled a public hearing for July 28 at 2 p.m., Youngstown City Hall, 26 S. Phelps St.
Additional hearings are scheduled throughout July for Lima, Akron and Canton.
