From a July 6 story under the headline “Seeking a buyer for former St. Joseph’s,” these facts need to be corrected: Jim Dobson was incorrectly reported as one of the owners of PKAM, the current owner that has filed for bankruptcy protection. He was one of the owners when the building was purchased but later left the partnership; the assessed value of the property for tax purposes is $1,048,200; and the sale price of the former Youngstown Osteopathic Hospital building in Youngstown was $1.25 million.
