LOUIE TODAY: Fugitives, a festival and one nutty lady

Booardman Police Chief Pat Beraducci will join Vindy.com's news radio partner, Louie Free, today after a press conference with federal Marshal Pete Elliott to share details of a cooperative effort for rounding up fugitives.

Then, Jim Villani of Pig Iron Press will talk about this weekend's North Phelps Street Festival, set for 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. downtown.
