CLEVELAND — The Tampa Bay Rays lost their seventh straight game Sunday, sending baseball’s feel-good story into the All-Star break on a sour note. Jhonny Peralta drove in three runs and the Cleveland Indians beat Scott Kazmir and Tampa Bay 5-2 to complete a four-game sweep.
