Trumbull County jury indictments

Twenty-three people were indicted Wednesday by a Trumbull County grand jury. They will be arraigned at 2 p.m. Wednesday before Judge Andrew Logan. Those indicted and the charges against them are:

Paul J. Livermore, 44, of Warren, possession of cocaine.

William M. Fox, 22, of Cortland, receiving stolen property.

Wilford E. Haun, 30, of Warren, possession of criminal tools, breaking and entering.

Paul Eugene Conner, 48, of Girard, domestic violence.

Robert L. Stemple, 26, of Hubbard, burglary (two counts).

Aaron J. Skeins, 21, of Niles, burglary.

Leann M. Gilliam, 42, of Warren, receiving stolen property, forgery.

John C. Wilson, 23, of Warren, possession of cocaine.

Cher D. Parker, 36, of Bristolville, possession of cocaine.

Michael A. Karpenko, 23, of Newton Falls, breaking and entering, petty theft.

Wayne Alvin Childs, 28, of Struthers, carrying a concealed weapon.

Gary Lee Williams, 60, of Girard, trafficking and cocaine, possession of cocaine, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Samuel Washington Jr., 54, of Youngstown, petty theft, remanded to Trumbull County Central District Court.

Leland B. Simmons, 40, of Youngstown, passing bad checks.

Christine A. Kellar, 43, of Warren, possession of heroin.

Jason P. Armeni, 22, of Mineral Ridge, breaking and entering.

Jennifer Murray, 21, of Hermitage, Pa., criminal trespass.

Drew Hacker, 38, of Bristolville, possession of cocaine with forfeiture specification.

Gregory D. Richardson II, 23, of Youngstown, failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer.

David W. Keener, 45, of Warren, possession of criminal tools, breaking and entering.

Joshua A. Kuntz, 25, of Cortland, aggravated possession of drugs.

Christopher A. Fitzwater, 23, of Warren, felonious assault (four counts).

Jeffrey A. Rini, 44, of Youngstown, criminal trespass.

Those no-billed or who have pleaded guilty by way of information are:

Brian Bleggi, 40, of Austintown, receiving stolen property.

Robert J. Carter, 42, of Warren, aggravated menacing.

Michael J. Frederick, 20, of Warren, aggravated arson.

Eric Kotapish, 19, of Youngstown, pleaded guilty Jan. 23 to possession of criminal tools; pre-sentenced investigation ordered.

Alexander M. Hertzer, 19, of Warren, pleaded guilty Jan. 19 to complicity to burglary; pre-sentenced investigation ordered.

Joshua Wilkins, 18, of Warren, pleaded guilty Jan. 30 to burglary; pre-sentence investigation ordered.

Benjamin G. Andrella, 24, of Rootstown, pleaded guilty Jan. 28 to attempted rape; pre-sentence investigation ordered.

Thomas R. Hilty, 22, of Warren, pleaded guilty Jan. 22 to vandalism; pre-sentence investigation ordered.

Anthony N. Zachery, 35, of Warren, burglary.

Lamont C. Spragling, 41, of Austintown; a possible weapons charge has been referred to the federal prosecutor.

Marcus M. Menton, 19, of Youngstown, receiving stolen property, possession of cocaine.

Paul D. White, 22, of Belle Vernon, Pa., burglary.

Childs, trafficking in marijuana.

Williams, possession of criminal tools.

Fox, receiving stolen property.

Armeni, burglary.

Rini, breaking and entering.
