AUSTINTOWN — Two employees of a South Raccoon Road check cashing store reported being robbed by two armed men.
Shortly before 7 p.m. Friday, the employees of Check and Go said two men came into the store with guns drawn. One of the employees pushed the store’s panic alarm.
One of the gunmen ordered the women to the floor while the other told them to open the store’s safe. The men threw plastic bags to the women and ordered them to fill the bags with the safe’s contents.
After putting money into the bags, the women were ordered into the store’s restroom and the men fled.
It was undetermined at the time of the report how much money had been taken.

Man that Austintown is getting nasty!!!!
Tis the season for giving. You give them the cash and they give you the experience.
The MO sounds like they belong to the Youngstown chapter of The Ghetto Mining Society. Normally they would be mining copper wire and pipes but scrap prices are low. They have taken a hiatus from robbing small stores in Youngstown when trigger happy store owners showed prejudice.

HEY OLD MAN GRUMP WHERE YOU IS NOW? A-TOWN!!!!!!
Yeah where you is?
Austintown is getting bad. This entire area is. I moved out of Youngstown because of all of the trash lingering around. Well, now the trash is moving to the suburbs.
But hey -- maybe, with time, all the trash will be in the suburbs and Youngstown will be dirt-free.
Hah.....
