A defiant Marc Dann insists the claims of improper use of his office in an inspector general’s report are false.
“It’s filled with innuendo rather than fact,” Dann said.
The ex-attorney general said the report is filled with “hyperbole and exaggeration.”
Dann said Inspector General Thomas P. Charles had a “clear bias” against him.
He added that neither he nor any member of his family illegally took money from the state, his campaign fund and his transition fund.

he was an aweful lawyer in private practice; why would i vote for him and believe his responses pretaining to this investigation report.
He can refute it all he wants, but no one's listening...
Has his wife divorced him yet?
