YOUNGSTOWN — A city woman was charged with domestic violence and aggravated assault in the stabbing of her sister.
Khadijh Salahuddin, 25, of 245 Lora Ave., was arrested at her home after police arrived there at 3:53 p.m. Friday, a police report said.
Police said that when they arrived, Salahuddin was sitting on the couch watching TV and her sister was on the kitchen floor with three stab wounds to her back, one to her chest and two to her leg.
Police said the weapon was a knife.
Another family member told police Salahuddin stabbed her sister after the two argued over a jacket, the report said.
Police took her to the Mahoning County Jail, while the victim was taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center. The hospital would not give information on her condition.

Must happen at least three times a day in the city, right?
It is sad that the Christmas season is plagued with misery. They dont even have compassion for family. Perhaps some time in jail will make the outside world seem so much better.

Hey Gonzo, the "dude" was a woman. In your defense though, you can't tell nowadays from some of these names. That goes for middle eastern or locally but we best not get into that.
