Armed teens rob bar patron of wallet

YOUNGSTOWN — A bar patron cleaning snow off his car in the parking lot of Irish Bob’s on South Avenue was robbed of his wallet by two armed teenage boys, police said. The 55-year-old Hubbard man was not injured during the robbery that took place around 11:45 p.m. Tuesday. The boys, one with a rifle and one with a handgun and both wearing hoodies, had been waiting in the shadows, police said.

How exactly do you "wait in the shadows?"
How do you stand inconspicuously around with a RIFLE?!?! Didn't anybody notice two urban youths, one with a pistol and one with a rifle, hanging out in the shadows???

I'm also a candidate to use primarily monosyllabic words if I write for the Vindicator.
These young boys will during the upcoming months provide a wealth of material for The Vindy to put into print.
Two words........ CONCEAL - CARRY
If the guy did have a weapon and used it he would have most likely been vilified by the press. Too bad, could have sent a message to others "waiting in the shadows" that there are concequences to illegal acts like this.
