Two fires in vacant homes in this last week alone. Is Youngstown on fire or is the city having some significant issues with these vacant homes? What on earth is going on with all of the vacant homes in Youngstown? Why does the city have to use the excuse of not receiving federal grant money as a way out of tearing these vacant homes down?! Someone please tell me.
