Bertram de Souza weighs in on the turmoil in the Attorney General's office
Vindy political columnist Bertram de Souza continues his analysis of the growing scandal in Ohio Attorney General Marc Dann's office with this video blog tonight. It is not clear to me that Mr. de Souza's description of recent developments in the AG's office as a "crisis" quite fits the facts. Nonetheless, they are disquieting, perhaps sad. Marc Dann can rise above these developments by keeping his eye on protecting residents of the State of Ohio. His initiatives to curtail predatory lending and find some relief from various forms of economic exploitation of Ohio's residents will, I believe, reassure the public's trust in his office. He cannot - must not - do otherwise as the stakes are way too high.
