Boardman man robbed in parking lot

BOARDMAN — A township man told police he was robbed in the parking lot of a gas station in the 1500 block of Market Street.

The man was robbed of $56 at 4 p.m. Tuesday by someone who said he had a gun, a police report said.

1500 Market Street would be in Youngstown. I don't believe there is a gas station there.

You are correct. The only gas station on Market and in Youngstown would be the Shell Station near Market and Avondale. Judging by the address it sounds like this would be near Williamson near the adult video store.
