CANFIELD
April 30
Identity theft: The unauthorized use of a credit card belonging to a woman who died was reported by a resident in the 80 block of Laurel Hills Lane.
May 1
Stolen plate: An Ohio license plate was stolen from a vehicle at a home in the 20 block of Emerald Court.
Drug abuse: A 24-year-old Youngstown man was arrested on charges of possession of a Methadone pill at East Main Street and Manor Hill.
May 3
Crack pipe, falsification: A 44-year-old Canfield man was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and for giving false information about his driving privileges at East Main Street and the Village Square. Police found charboy, a glass pipe and a spoon with crack residue.
Theft from auto: A purse was stolen from a 1995 owned by a Garrettsville, Ohio, woman at the Mahoning County Career and Technical Center, 7300 N. Palmyra Road. The rear window of her vehicle was broken. Stolen were a debit card, master card, Social Security card, insurance card and a checkbook with her driver's license in it.
May 6
Disorderly conduct: A 21-year-old Youngstown man was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after he refused to stop fighting with an 18-year-old Canfield woman at the Canfield Library, 43 W. Main St. The woman was issued a citation for disorderly conduct.

Drug offense: A Warren man was issued a summons for theft and a Warren woman was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia in the 5400 block of Seventy-Six Drive.
Criminal damaging: Five windows were shattered on a grader owned by H.D. Construction at 5700 Interstate Boulevard.
Theft: A blue 26-inch Schwinn bicycle was stolen from the carport at a home in the 4000 block of Rhode Island Drive.
Theft from auto: Miscellaneous change was stolen from an auto in the 3000 block of Frederick Street.
Theft from auto: An AM-FM compact disc radio was stolen from an auto at a home in the 3000 block of Avalon Court.
Theft from auto: A window was shattered on a vehicle and a Sony AM-FM compact disc was stolen from a vehicle in the 200 block of Westminister Ave.
Criminal mischief: Police found writing on brick with a white powder at a home in the 1000 block of N. Meridian Road.
Property damage: A pair of eyeglasses was damaged at CSS, 4586 Kirk Road.
Theft: 119.27 in fuel was stolen from FuelMart, 5301 Seventy-Six Drive.
Theft: A purse with credit cards and an Ohio license was stolen from an auto at Idaho Alliance Church, 250 Idaho Road.
Theft: A CD player was stolen from an auto at a home in the 200 block of Westminister Ave.
Theft: A Sony 6.0 digital camera was taken from a car at a home in the 3000 block of Frederick St.
Theft by deception: A white female in her early 20s short-changed a clerk at Belleria Pizza, 3460 S. Meridian Rd.

Criminal damaging: A vehicle was damaged at a home in the 400 block of Staatz Drive.
Theft: Fuel was taken at Sheetz gas station, 5499 Mahoning Ave.
Theft from auto: A vehicle was broken into and a compact disc player and CD's were taken at a home in the 40 block of S. Four Mile Run Road.
Criminal damaging: A vehicle's window was broken out at a home in the 2000 block of Frostwood Drive.
Criminal damaging: A vehicle window was broken at a home in the 4000 block of Rhode Island Drive.
Passing bad checks: Three bad checks totaling 2,003 were written to Advance Check Cashing, 3700 Mahoning Ave.
Criminal damaging: A vehicle's rear window was shattered at a home in the 5000 block of Yorktown Lane.
Criminal damaging: A second vehicle's rear window was shattered in the 5000 block of Yorktown Lane.
Burglary: There was no forced entry but items were stolen during a burglary at a residence in the 5000 block of Mahoning Ave.
Criminal damaging: A car was given a "key job" at a home in the 400 block of S. Raccoon Road.
Theft: A tailgate was stolen from an auto at a home in the 4000 block of Kirk Road.
Theft: A theft was reported at Wal-Mart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.
Criminal damaging: A window was damaged at a home in the 4000 block of Woodhurst Boulevard.
May 2
Theft from auto: Five gallons of gasoline was stolen from an auto at a home in the 5000 block of W. Webb Road.
Theft: A male suspect was arrested and placed in county jail on a theft charge at Wal-Mart.
Theft: 33.20 in fuel was stolen from BP/Unimart, 3602 Mahoning Ave.
May 3
Criminal damaging: Windows on a mobile crane were broken in the 5000 block of Interstate Boulevard.
Theft: A wallet from a truck driver was stolen at Club 76, 5335 Seventy-Six Drive.
May 4
Criminal damaging: A vehicle was damaged at a home in the 1000 block of Brockton Drive.
Drug offense: A North Jackson woman was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.
Attempted theft from auto: A window was broken on a vehicle at Patrick's Auto Service, 58 N. Meridian Road.
Theft: A summons was issued to a Youngstown woman for theft at Wal-Mart of clothing and a tent and for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Theft from auto: A truck registration was stolen from an auto.
Theft: 15 in fuel was stolen from McQuaid's, 5160 Mahoning Ave.
Property damage: A vehicle was damaged at Mahoning Avenue and Evans Avenue.
Burglary: An attached garage was broken into and an attempt was made to get into the home in the 4000 block of Carlisle Ave.
May 5
Breaking and entering: An overhead garage door was left open and ladders and other items were missing at a home in the 1000 block of S. Canfield-Niles Road.
Theft: Two credit cards were stolen from a home in the 6000 block of Ridgeview Ave.
Burglary: A male is a suspect in a burglary at an apartment in the 100 block of N. Kimberly Ave.
Auto theft: A 2006 Honda was stolen from a driveway at a home in the 500 block of Vasser Ave.
Drug offense: A Campbell man was issued a summons for possession of marijuana on Interstate 680 near Four Mile Run Road.
Drug offense: A Hubbard woman was issued a summons at the Ice House Inn, 5516 W. Webb Road, for possession of marijuana.
Property damage: Fire damage was reported to a vehicle caused by an oily rag left under the hood at a dealership.
Breaking and entering: Two all-terrain vehicles were stolen from a garage in the 5000 block of Yorktown Lane.
