Cops will set up roadblocks looking for drivers under the influence

A sobriety checkpoint will be held in Mahoning County from 10 p.m. Friday until 2 a.m. Saturday. Members of the Mahoning County Operating Vehicle Impaired Task Force will target impaired drivers.

No impaired drivers were arrested during sobriety checkpoints held from 7 to 11 p.m. Saturday in Sebring and Smith Township. Members of the Mahoning County Operating Vehicle Impaired Task Force stopped 690 vehicles. Citations were given for one open container and two safety belt violations
