Districts in line for state school funding

COLUMBUS — State officials have signed off on funding for new facilities at 34 school districts, including three in Trumbull and Mahoning counties.

Girard, Brookfield and Springfield school districts were among those approved by the Ohio School Facilities Commission this week.

Girard is to receive about $20.9 million in state funding.
