Tree falls, West Side power out

YOUNGSTOWN — Ohio Edison was working to restore power Monday night to 324 people after a tree fell across a power line in the 4000 block of Pembrook Avenue on the city's West Side.

Paul Harkey, OE area manager, said the work was expected to be finished by 9 p.m. A tree crew was working to remove the tree from the power line.
