All state offices: Ohio Bureau of Jobs and Family Services offices, closed.

Federal offices: U.S. Post Office, Youngstown, Warren, Federal Bankruptcy Court, District Court, all closed.

Universities: Youngstown State, closed
Kent State Trumbull Campus, closed.

Public transit: Western Reserve Transit Authority (WRTA): closed.

Public libraries: Youngstown-Mahoning County, closed; Warren-Trumbull, closed.

Stock market: Butler Wick & Co., closed.

Banks: Chase Bank, Charter One, Cortland Banks, Farmers National Bank, First National Bank, First Place Bank, Warren, Home Federal Savings & Loan, Niles, Home Savings & Loan, Key Bank, National City of Ohio, National City of Pennsylvania, Sky Bank, all closed.
US Bank in Poland, Boardman, Canfield and Warren area, open.

Trash collection:

Allison Brothers Inc., North Jackson, servicing Austintown, Beaver, Berlin, Boardman, Canfield, Ellsworth, Goshen, Green and North Jackson. (330) 538-0768. Trash pickup starting at 5 a.m., Fourth of July pickup for that day will be one day late.

Browning-Ferris Industries of Ohio, Youngstown District, which includes South to Rogers, North to Kinsman, West to Portage County and East to Pennsylvania line. Pickup will be one day late for Fourth of July; Waste Management, closed Fourth of July with pickup one day late; Warren City Environmental Services, closed July 4, service delayed one day.
