Take me out to the smorgasbord
The Los Angeles Dodgers have combined two of America's favorite pastimes for one price: baseball and gluttony.
Right field bleacher seats at Dodger Stadium will cost 40; the left field bleachers will remain 10.
The difference? In the right field pavilion, ticket holders will get all they can eat for their extra 30. They can gorge themselves on the "Dodger Dogs", nachos, peanuts, popcorn and soda pop.
Apparently "some peanuts and Cracker Jack" is no longer a good enough reason to want to be taken out to the ball game.
Maybe the Dodgers can expand the seventh inning stretch to include five minutes of aerobics.
