MAHONING COUNTY
Forum Health At Home offers hot, nutritious meals at noon weekdays at nine locations in Mahoning County for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required three days in advance, and transportation is available. A 2 donation is suggested per meal. Home-delivered meals are also available for seniors homebound due to illness, injury or handicap.
Wednesday, Jan. 17: Chicken and broccoli casserole, glazed carrots, unsweetened hot cinnamon applesauce, biscuit with margarine, birthday cake (unsweetened fruited gelatin available) and milk.
Thursday, Jan. 18: Stuffed pepper with sauce, mashed potatoes, California mixed vegetables, cornbread muffin with margarine, banana pudding (unsweetened vanilla pudding available) and milk.
Friday, Jan. 19: Vegetable lasagna with sauce, peas, biscuit with margarine, shredded lettuce with Italian dressing, regular or unsweetened mixed fruit and milk.
Saturday, Jan. 20: Salami and provolone cheese on Italian bread with mayonnaise, pickled beets with Italian dressing, carrots with ranch dressing, orange and milk.
Monday, Jan. 22: Baked chicken with gravy, cheesy onion mashed potatoes, broccoli, bread with margarine, butterscotch pudding (unsweetened chocolate pudding available) and milk.
Tuesday, Jan. 23: Southwestern meatloaf, whipped sweet potatoes, lima beans, rye bread with margarine, regular or unsweetened fruited gelatin with mandarin oranges and milk.

TRUMBULL COUNTY
The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers older people a well-balanced meal and an opportunity to share fellowship weekdays at 12 locations in Trumbull County. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. Any person 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over is eligible to attend. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is 1.25 per meal.
