Jones-Modarelli wedding planned for mid-February
BOARDMAN -- Atty. Anissa Marie Jones and Nicholas Anthony Modarelli, both of Boardman, are announcing their engagement.The couple will extend invitations for their 4:30 p.m. wedding Feb. 16 at St. Patrick Church in Hubbard, and also for their adult reception that evening at Mr. Anthony's.
The bride-elect is a daughter of Anita M. Jones of Youngstown and the late Donald L. Jones., and parents of the future groom are Atty. Nicholas E. and Marianne Modarelli, also of Youngstown.
The future bride graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and from Capital University Law School in Columbus with a juris doctorate. She is an assistant county prosecuting attorney with the Mahoning County Prosecutor's Office in Youngstown.
The prospective groom, a correctional officer with the city of Youngstown, graduated from Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pa., with a degree in political science. Also a graduate of Youngstown State University Police Academy, he attended the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs.
