Youngstown fugitive nabbed by task force

YOUNGSTOWN — After months on the run, fugitive Bruce Clinkscale was arrested over the weekend by members of the U.S. marshals fugitive task force, said Deputy U.S. Marshal Dean Michael.

Clinkscale, 34, is charged with two counts of aggravated robbery with firearms specifications. Michael said Clinkscale was found at his wife’s home on Lanterman Road early Saturday.

Clinkscale’s charges are pending at Mahoning County Common Pleas Court. He was indicted in April 2006 and a bench warrant was issued in May 2006 when he failed to appear in court.

Last year he was featured several times in The Vindicator as fugitive of the week.
