Well, it didn't get any worse for the Buckeyes, but it didn't get any better. Ohio State still trails by 20 points, 34-14, and the prospects for a big comeback look awfully bleak.
The most surprising thing to me is how awful the Ohio State offense is playing. You can blame the 51-day layoff, and I think that had a lot do with it, but the loss of Ted Ginn Jr. to an ankle injury has been a big factor. So, too, has been Florida's pass rush, which has gotten to Troy Smith four times so far and will really come after him from here on out.
