Ruritan Clubhonors member
DAMASCUS -- Earl Mather was honored Jan. 11 during a meeting of Damascus Ruritans for his 49 years of perfect attendance. Mather and his wife, Millie, were also honored on the occasion of their 68th wedding anniversary.
Mahlon Griffith, club president, presented the couple with a framed review of things they have done in the past.
Sorority hostsdinner at center
YOUNGSTOWN -- Delta Zeta Sorority will host a spaghetti dinner from 6 to 8 p.m. Feb. 17 at Newman Center, 254 Madison Ave. In addition to all-you-can-eat pasta, there will be salad, bread and coffee. Meals are 7 for adults, 4 for children 5 and up and free for those 4 and under. Reserved tables for six will receive table decorations, a souvenir and public recognition. A 50-50 raffle will be held.
Members of the sorority will present the proceeds from a past fundraiser held by Kappa Chi Chapter to Youngstown Hearing and Speech Center.

Meeting scheduled
YOUNGSTOWN -- Junior Women's League of Canfield will meet at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the Brandywine Clubhouse, 3390 Flo-Lor Drive.
