SHAMONE GORESTACEY GADDY
XYOUNGSTOWN -- The exchange of nuptial vows took place at 1 p.m. Aug. 5 as Shamone R. Gore and Stacey Gaddy, both of 438 Forest Hill Drive, Austintown, were united in marriage by the Rev. Henry Clinkscale Jr. at Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church.
A reception was held at Austintown Township Park before the couple left on a wedding trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica. They live in Berea.
The bride is a daughter of Robert Gore of North Carolina and the late Jacqueline Gore, and the groom is a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Austin. Representing the bride's parents were Vernon and Barbara Gilbert, and Jacquelyn Lemon represented the groom's mother.
The bride's three-piece white gown was adorned with rhinestones and pearls on the corset bodice and was worn with a sleeveless bolero jacket.
Ocean-blue gowns were worn by Patricia Vaughn, the honor attendant, and the bridesmaids, Keesah Gaddy, Costella Miller and Margaret Oliveria. Flower girl was Makiyah White.
Serving as best man was Oliver Hargrove, and groomsmen were Stacey Gaddy, Lee Gaddy and Willie Gaddy. Ring bearer was Jackson Gaddy.
Also participating were David Oliveria, Kelli Young, Matia Gilbert and Erica Vaughn.
The bride, a research laboratory technician with Cleveland Clinic Foundation, earned a bachelor's degree in chemistry at Youngstown State University. The groom attended YSU and is a damage-repair crew member with National Fire Repair.
