Published: Sat, September 2, 2006 @ 12:00 a.m.

Ironworkers Tom Schafer, left, and J.R. Urback lower the last beam into place at the St. Elizabeth Health Center facility being built on McClurg Road in Boardman. Ironworkers typically celebrate "topping out," the placing of the last beam, which was done Friday. The tree symbolizes good luck.
