MAHONING COUNTY

Forum Health At Home offers hot, nutritious meals at noon weekdays at nine locations in Mahoning County for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required three days in advance, and transportation is available. A 2 donation is suggested per meal. Home-delivered meals are also available for seniors homebound due to illness, injury or handicap.

Wednesday, Nov. 1: Stuffed cabbage, mashed potatoes, Capri mixed vegetables, rye bread with margarine, pumpkin pudding (unsweetened pears available) and milk.

Thursday, Nov. 2: Barbecued riblet, cauliflower, whipped sweet potatoes, Diamond Jim bun, two sugar cookies (three unsweetened gingersnaps available) and milk.

Friday, Nov. 3: Chicken fingers, parsley potatoes, Mexicorn, wheat bread with margarine, regular or unsweetened cherry gelatin with mandarin oranges and milk.

Saturday, Nov. 4: Turkey on a bun with mayonnaise, carrots with ranch dressing, apple juice, tangerine and milk.

Monday, Nov. 6: Southwest grilled chicken breast on a hamburger bun, buttered noodles, peas and pearl onions, pear and milk.

Tuesday, Nov. 7: Kielbasa with sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, Diamond Jim bun, tangerine and milk.

TRUMBULL COUNTY

The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers older people a well-balanced meal and an opportunity to share fellowship weekdays at 12 locations in Trumbull County. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. Any person 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over is eligible to attend. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is 1.25 per meal.

Wednesday, Nov. 1: Stuffed cabbage, mashed potatoes, Capri mixed vegetables, rye bread with margarine, pumpkin pudding (unsweetened pears available) and milk.

Tuesday, Nov. 7: Liver and onions with gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, white bread with margarine, tangerine and milk.
