YOUNGSTOWN -- Police serving a search warrant on a house at 149 Willis Ave. arrested the occupant on charges of illegal possession of OxyContin and possession of heroin.

Willie Lee Hockaday-Bey, 59, was found standing in the kitchen next to a bucket of soapy water in which a plastic pill bottle containing seven suspected OxyContin pills and six containers of suspected heroin were floating, police said.

The raid was conducted at 7:25 p.m. Monday, and Hockaday-Bey remained in Mahoning County jail Tuesday evening.
